New customers must complete our account opening form if they wish to use a credit account. This is available on request. All new customers must pay COD on first delivery.
DELIVERY
Minimum order for free delivery is 100 plants (1 cc trolley) for mainland England, Wales and Central southern Scotland. Rest of Scotland is subject to delivery charge of £20 per trolley.
Northern Ireland deliveries are subject to a delivery charge of £40 per cc trolley, 100 plants. Free delivery is available for non- returnable containers holding 265 plants.
Southern Ireland deliveries are subject to a delivery charge of £80 per cc trolley, 100 plants. Non-returnable containers holding 265 plants are subject to a delivery charge of £50.
Channel Islands minimum order 180 plants (2cc trolleys) for free delivery.
Rest of Europe – price on application.
Orders must be a minimum of 100 plants and thereafter equal to full trolleys:
1 trolley = 100 plants
2 trolleys = 180 - 200 plant
3 trolleys = 270 – 300 plants
4 trolleys = 360 – 400 plants
5 trolleys = 450 – 500 plants
We reserve the right to alter and amend varieties by sending substitutes as near to the selected variety.

COMPLAINTS
We aim to provide you with top quality plants at competitive prices. Complaints within 7 days of delivery will be considered on their own merits. After this period we will not be held responsible as control of stock is out of our hands. We can assure you that all plants are checked prior to dispatch for general health so that the need for returns are minimised. Credit is only given if plants are returned to the nursery for inspection.
ORDERING
Weekly looking good list are produced and must be used for ordering. We need to know by Friday evening to guarantee delivery for the following week. Collections from the nursery are welcome but can only be arranged on Fridays and 7 days’ notice is required.
PAYMENT
VAT is not included in the catalogue prices but will be charged at the prevailing rate. All accounts are nett monthly. Interest of 2% per month will be added to any invoice remaining unpaid for 60 days. The interest surcharge is by no way an offer of extended credit. We also reserve the right to charge additional debt collection fees if a debt remains unpaid.
LEGAL TITLE
All goods remain the property of New Leaf Plants Ltd until paid for in full. However, all liability for the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery.
DISCOUNTS
Cash on delivery = 2.5%
Collection = 5%
Orders under 100 plants – no discount applies.
Placing an order either verbally or in writing constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
